RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your date of receipt of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
- Opened Attar , Bukhur and perfumes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, software that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 Business working days.
To be eligible for a refund atleast one of the following situations must be true for your order: –
a) The product delivered to you has a manufacturing default.
b) The product delivered to you is not the same as the one you ordered. DISCLAIMER : Colours of the products may slightly vary from screen to screen and due to lightning condition and they shall be considered.
c) The Product was falsely advertised. Claim for false advertise needs to be explicitly clear in form of the way product was described , showcased.
To claim a refund please write to [email protected] or file a support ticket within our website with your order id and cause of grievance CLEARLY highlighting the reason for refund. A Opening video of the delivered package with clear indication of our shipping label showing order id and clear and proper defect in the product is mandatory.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only REFUND items if they are defective or damaged. You need to have proof of opening packaged product in form of CLEAR video to request for REFUND. However YOUBOHRA may accept refunds for other reasons and without proof of opening damaged product at our discretion. To exchange first write to us at [email protected] or reach out to us via whatsapp on the support number mentioned on the website and after our approval you may return the product as per mentioned in this policy. In case of REFUNDS shipping costs will be borne by us. For returns and exchanges shipping shall be borne by the customer. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Youbohra will pay for shipping in case of exchange or refund claims in conditions mentioned under the head “Refunds” point number “a” , “b”, “c”.
Any exchanges not arriving out of the situations mentioned under the section “Refunds” points number “a”, “b”, “c” shall be at the shipping cost of the customer.
